Bridging the Gap

At Mira Loma SHS, we recognize that in our community, there is a gap.

There are many Spanish immigrants who come to the United States with a knowledge of basic English. This makes it difficult to succeed in school, where English is the primary language. 

On the other hand, there are many people who want to learn Spanish but struggle. This is because learning a new language is difficult. 

At SHS, we provide tutoring in Spanish, Math, and English for all students. 

All tutoring will be done via Zoom. To get in contact with a tutor, please check the schedule below for the available times and dates for your necessary subject. Then, click on the provided link for the Zoom meeting at one of the detailed times. A tutor will be in the meeting to assist you with your educational needs.
